My sister lives in Smyna so before I moved here recently I asked her if she could recommend a realtor and she said she did know someone, which was Chad.He started working with me before I even moved here. He has a keen eye for potential issues like water stains, cracks, trees too close to the house and does a lot of research into the history of that property. He also really listens to your home requirements and narrows the down the possibilities so that you aren’t getting listing that are not a close match.
