This is a stellar team! When my husband and I needed to sell our home quickly and downsize due to unforseen circumstances, I found Frederick Bailey after searching for “sell house fast” on the internet. He was the first person to respond. He came to our home at 5pm that day. When my husband got home from work, he presented us with a signed offer. A few days later, Stefan came out to inspect the home, so there was no need to hire an outside inspector. We knew some repairs were necessary, as well as some cosmetic touch ups. Their amended offer was still acceptable, so they scheduled our closing before the end of the month. We closed yesterday! I will recommend this amazing team to anyone looking for a realtor. Highly recommend!

We decided we wanted to sell our house, but wanted to go the non traditional route after hitting a rough patch. Fredrick and Stephan were absolutely wonderful, they made the process painless and easy. They kept an open line of communication throughout the whole time, answered every question we had, and we super understanding of the situation we were in. They were able to get us from listed to pending in 5 DAYS, and closed within five weeks. We are very satisfied with the work the Hardeman Group has done for us, I will recommend them to everyone.

We had a very good experience working with Leland on selling our house Leland was very professional and has a great work ethic, Leland made every aspect of the sale very easy for us Leland also went above and beyond our expectations to make this experience pleasant. On a personal note Leland was our hero he made to sure to send us a very important family article that was accidentally left behind.. we can only thank Leland and the Hardman group for taking care of our interest.
