Cheryl and Doug have been absolutely amazing in helping us sell our home! From the very beginning, they gave us great advice on how to prepare our house months ahead of listing. Our home is about 30 years old and while we’ve kept it in good condition, we never did major renovations to the kitchen or master bath. Cheryl guided us through affordable updates—bringing in a professional decorator to help modernize the look with updated light fixtures and finishes, helping us choose the right paint colors, and connecting us with a stager to make a great first impression. Doug handled the pricing strategy and marketing—making sure the square footage was correctly listed and doing the research to price the home just right to attract the most interest. And it worked—we had seven offers after the first weekend of showings and ended up selling above asking price! They also walked us through the entire negotiation process, both during the initial offer phase and the due diligence period, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Their advice throughout the months of prep made all the difference in helping the house show well and stand out in a competitive market. We truly felt like we had trusted friends on our side, looking out for our best interests.
