Lori is absolutely the best; she’s incredibly responsive, attentive, and empathetic to her clients. I was a first-time homebuyer with her several years ago, and recently sold it to purchase a new property with my wife. I was blown away with how easy Lori made the process, even when working with vendors and third parties that can be difficult at times. I also think that some of the contractual recommendations Lori made to us when putting in the offer on our new house were *hands down* the main reason our offer was accepted. She’s a veteran in the retail space, and having someone with her knowledge to guide you through the process so deftly is a massive advantage you’ll have over other competing buyers or sellers. Moving is a real pain and while I don’t want to do it again for quite a while, rest assured that if we do Lori is going to be the first call we make.

I can’t give praise high enough for the Dwell Collective and more specifically Lori Clezie. My husband has worked with her previously on purchasing and selling a home and I was recently involved in the purchasing of a home…so repeat customers! Lori is great at sensing our style and had wonderful suggestions. In fact, we found a home on our first outing! She nailed what we were looking for and I think that is in large part because she had previously worked with my husband and her memory is very good. She is also quick to respond, attentive, and an absolute expert at real estate. Not to mention a super pleasant human being. I couldn’t have asked for better organization and orchestration of the whole process. When she made a suggestion, we knew it was good because she is reliable and honest. We worked with Leanne for 3 months as our realtor to buy our first home. We found out about her from my sister who worked with her in the past and highly recommended contacting her. We are so glad we found her because we had been house hunting for around a year and half before meeting Leanne and also worked shortly in the past with another realtor who didn’t know the area we were interested in that well. From the moment we met Leanne, she was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to all texts, emails and phone calls, knew the Smyrna area extremely well and always had info to share with us about different neighborhoods and schools, and was always available and found a way for us to see homes we were interested in as soon as possible. We were so happy to have found our first home after just 3 months of working with Leanne. She made the entire first time home buying process as stress-free as possible by explaining everything about the process and she was also great at helping us negotiate our final closing details. Even after we closed, she has been so responsive to any last questions and helpful with recommending contractors for work we want to get done in the home. We highly recommend her as a realtor and all the positive reviews for her are there for a reason! 🙂
