Resourceful under pressure. Our real estate development company worked with the construction firm for a site development project. There was an unexpected development that could have delayed the project. Yet, Kyra had a sense of urgency to deliver results. Within a short period of time, she created a contingency plan to successfully complete the project. Well done. Thank you.

I would like to shout out to Joseph Daley and his amazing team. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! We’ve bought & sold many properties over the years, but I have to say, the sale of our Chelsea home was the SMOOTHEST ever. From the 1st time we met Joseph in AL, until the final signing with a Notary in FL, there was not one glitch. He put the house on the market, sold and settled all in a month. This all worked around our schedules from out of state and moving in the process. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend Joseph and his team, what a great experience and ease of selling our home.
