Tonia is an amazing negotiator she got the price of the home down by $10,000 plus $5500 in closing cost from the seller. Tonia went to bat for me with the seller every step of the way when they didn’t want to do something she was aggressive and got it done. My lender was stressing me out and Tonia was right there to encourage me and pray for me to hang in there and not give up during the strenuous process. It was a blessing to have her there for me with her positive words and affirmations. I strongly recommend having Tonia in your corner for your home buying or selling process.
