Sovereign Realty & Management completely changed the trajectory of my rental experience. Although I’m currently renting, navigating the competitive Atlanta housing market had become overwhelming and discouraging. As I searched for a place to truly call “home,” I struggled to find properties that checked all my boxes, felt welcoming, and remained affordable. But God answers prayers! I had the pleasure of working with the realty dream team at Sovereign Realty & Management LLC — Charles, Tanya, Jenny, and Eboni — who went above and beyond at every step of the process. Their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care made finding and securing a beautiful home smooth and stress-free. The entire Sovereign team was supportive, communicative, and timely in reviewing my application. Thanks to them, I now have a wonderful place to live and the opportunity to save toward purchasing a home in the next two years. Prayers up! If you’re looking for a team that will treat you with respect, work diligently, and make your rental or home-buying experience seamless, the Sovereign Realty team is a phenomenal choice.

Honestly, it’s been a long road moving back to GA. Sylvia has literally made my transition so simple and so easy. She was informative, kind and most importantly ON POINT. I’ve been in my new place for over 30 days and any request and any question I have gets answered PROMPTLY AND appropriately. It is hard to find good property management but Sovereign truly goes ABOVE & BEYOND. Thank you so much. Hopefully, I can continue my relationship with Sovereign Realty in home ownership in the near future UPDATE…. 04/03/25 My Experience After a Year at an SRM Property After a year at one of SRM’s properties, I feel compelled to share an honest update. When I first moved in, my experience started on a high note thanks to Sylvia. She was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful when I needed to find a place quickly. But suddenly, she was no longer with SRM, and from that moment, everything went downhill. The office staff became rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy or basic customer service—especially Jenny. She has repeatedly spoken over me, ignored my concerns, and even recently laughed at me when I simply asked her to let me finish speaking. Beyond the poor treatment, I’ve had to go back and forth multiple times over incorrect charges and unclear fees—like a $200 move-in and move-out fee. What even is that? When I moved in, I was told the property was “as-is,” so I accepted the flaws and did my best to make it a home. I won’t even get into the neighborhood—it is what you’d expect from the west side of ATL. But at the very least, I expected professionalism and respect. I paid my rent. I paid every fee they charged. I communicated constantly. I did my best to maintain an already deteriorating property. And when I tried to transfer to a bigger, nicer SRM property, I was misled. I was told no one had been approved yet, only to find out a week later that someone else had moved in. That was my breaking point. I genuinely respected what SRM claimed to stand for — supporting the community and helping renters become homeowners. I wanted to eventually buy a home through them. But the blatant unprofessionalism and lack of care completely changed my mind and perspective on the company. I’m relieved my lease is over. And while I’m still dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth over bogus fees, I just want this chapter to be closed so I can move forward. SRM, do better. Your tenants deserve more than this. & My hope is that SRM leadership reads this and chooses to hold their staff accountable — because no one deserves to be treated this way, especially when they’re doing their part as a tenant. The community deserves better. UPDATE 04/18/25 IN RESPONSE: In response, please don’t ever lie about me and the true the condition of the property when YALL weren’t even aware of the condition of the property, as the person who moved me in no longer worked for your company. Before I moved out, there was a big storm and I called and told y’all MULTIPLE times that debris where left all over the property and the storm even took the gate down. The unit had NORMAL wear and tear. The toilet was NOT clogged upon move out, again, do not lie on me. I paid for the unclogging of the toilet MONTHS before I moved out. Y’all also lied about the city calling. DO YOU SEE THE NEIGHBORHOOD? The city absolutely DID NOT CARE about that couch that I left on the curb to be picked up BY THE CITY. Which I called in advance and scheduled. Y’all just wanted a reason to charge me for something else. Thank you for not addressing your rude staff. Which was one of the main problems I was pointing out. This response literally shows me your company does not stand on honesty and principles. The photos attached are the actual way the property was left, and to show how bad the EXTERIOR was and has been.

My experience with Sovereign Realty & Management LLC was a great one. My property manager Ms. Tanya Greene is the best! When we had the viewing of the home, I told her I wanted it, provided her my information and she told me she got me. I did my part of my end and Ms. Tanya kept her word and stood on business! My kids and I are happy and the home is lovely and fit for my two kids and I. Ms. Tanya Greene is the best and I will recommend the company and Ms. Tanya to anyone! Thank youuuu Ms. Greene and the Sovereign Realty Family!!!
