Jumping into real estate investing in a big city like Atlanta can feel overwhelming and almost impossible. Well that’s if you do it without Skystone Acquisition. I have done rentals before but had an interest in doing some flips. Not only did Skystone find my first flip deal quickly but also helped coach me through the process. They have made great contacts within the industry and were always ready with a referral anytime I got stuck. I can be very risk adverse at times, yet Skystone (Specifically Tyler), were and still are very patient with the mindset of find me a deal that I am comfortable making. This team is highly recommended for newbie and seasoned investors. **Update*** I’ve now done multiple deals with them and everything still remains true from the first time I worked with them back 2020. Skystone has become more like apart of my team now and I enjoy the partnership.

Great environment, professional and nice people, clean and beautiful office set up in Midtown Atlanta. The company and it’s agents are well versed on the Metro Atlanta housing values & what’s going in the market. Working with Mitchell Kramer (investment agent) is a added benefit. He’s absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful, open, transparent, reliable & responds quickly. I closed my 1st deal with them at the end of 2021 and I’m looking forward to closing many more this year. I recommend Skystone Acquisition to anyone looking for a Acquisition company that’s not price gouger.
