Error regarding buyer’s agent commission on my listing for 10 months! I contacted them back in April to change my buyers agent commission to 3%. They told me that the buyers agent commission isn’t stated anywhere and therefore nothing to change. Today, three months later an agent comes to me and shows me that the documents on my listing still state 0% commission after I went to her for guidance because no agents will come show my home. I contacted them about this mistake and they lied to me and said it doesn’t say this, but the agent literally pulled up my listing on the mls and showed me the 0% buyers agent commission, I go to cancel my agreement with them and there is a $75 charge to do so. I fill out their form, it refreshed with no thank you page, I do it again, the form fails again, but then I go to my credit card statements and see that I was charged multiple times. They said that they will “look into it” and let me know if they discover that there was some sort of issue. Very untrustworthy! How dare you! I contacted you multiple times to ask for insight about why no one was coming to see my property, just to have the houses around me that aren’t as nice sell quickly. I specifically stated that I was offering 3% yet on the mls it states that I’m offering absolutely no buyer’s agent commission. I’ve been killing myself cleaning and making improvements just to learn that something only Celine and the buyer’s agents could see was keeping them away. The financial strain has been significant and for a simple error that I could not see myself that Celine made to be what I consider and the agent that told me considered to be the #1 reason I haven’t been able to sell. No apology from them! Just new charges that they refused to waive even under this circumstance. Chris said he was choosing to end the call when I explained what happened. And when you see that I was right about the commission not only being stated but also being stated incorrectly, you still don’t accept any ownership and apologize? If you decide to use her, do yourself a favor and request to see the back-end view of the listing. You would think they would take care to make sure this area of the listing would be correct, but mine was wrong for 10 months!
