Very grateful for the SET Real Estate team and highly recommend! We sold a property in Atlanta while living 2 hours away, and I was overwhelmed at the prospect of selling the home. David and his team took care of everything (to get the house ready to list and throughout the process), so we weren’t making trips back & forth. We had constant communication, timely updates with pictures, and when it came to the details of the sale, I was confident in their expert advice. We worked with Josh and SET Real Estate to buy our home and would absolutely recommend Josh to anyone. We were buying from out of state, and Josh went above and beyond in every way to help us buy this house from start to finish.
