2343 Newnan Street, Atlanta GA, Run🏃‍♂️Don’t walk away from this company. Especially that address. They require big deposits and charge lots of fees. First major problem is they don’t believe in pest control. I have been spraying and putting out my own poison since I got here. There is a big open dumpster for the rats to thrive and huge flies. Even after I put out poison and kill the rats running in my enclosed patio. I called Sapir Realty to pick up the dead rats and they didn’t come out. Luckily a neighbor was kind enough to remove them for me. Then I started smelling dead stuff inside my unit, I discover a huge gaping crack in the wall. The smell is from outside. Nobody has come to fix it after 3 weeks I reported it. Now there are huge disgusting flies. They covered the wall at the front door entrance. I sprayed and killed them. I called again and maintenance has the same excuse every time. He is waiting on the owner. I thinks it’s a scam at this point. I don’t owe them a dime. I just want out of the lease. I am awaiting an official release letter and my full $1500 deposit back. See pictures below. I can’t make this up. 🤮 6/13/2025: Update Response from Sapir Realty. Pest control is not included in the lease. Inside or outside. However, they strongly urge the owner to contract a wildlife specialist. The owner has declined to hire pest control company. What an unprofessional company to accept a contract from a landlord that has no integrity. This is called thirsty management company who does not have standards. Absolutely a scam company even after I moved and cleaned ever immaculately they wanna claim damages yet have no proof.
