Lauren with Roots Real Estate is the real deal. She was fantastic to work with and helped us sell our house in a slow market during an off season. From the professional pictures to the drone video (and a personal video message from Lauren) it was one of the most professional looking listings I’ve ever seen. She was incredibly responsive and held our hands through the whole process. Do yourself a solid and let her sell your house. *We purchased out of state so only used Roots for selling.

Lauren is absolutely the best. As a first time homebuyer, Lauren walked us through every single step and advised us on every single aspect. She was extremely consultative, always had our best interests and was always available. Lauren made the entire process so seamless and has an amazing network of resources. If you are considering buying in the Atlanta area then you MUST work with Lauren!

As first-time homebuyers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process and were honestly pretty intimidated. We wanted to find someone we felt super comfortable with — someone who would hold our hand throughout the whole thing. We needed to be able to ask “stupid” questions and have things explained in detail (sometimes more than once!). Lauren fit the bill perfectly. She was incredibly approachable, kind, and patient, and she was always available when we needed her. She’s extremely knowledgeable about older homes and home maintenance, which was a huge plus for us. She met us where we were at, provided excellent guidance and recommendations without ever being pushy, and gently nudged us forward when we felt confused or overwhelmed. We ended up buying a house just a couple of months after meeting Lauren, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate agent!
