Everything was fine until I had a maintenance request. My garage door was not working so I made a request. A few days later, someone came to look at it and I was told that the “repair man” would be out some time the following week. I received a email confirmation that he would be out on Tuesday. I took the day off and of course he did not show up, I didn’t receive a courtesy call, nothing. Only an email stating that he had to take care of two other realtors with more serious problems. I understand a leaking pipe is more important than a garage door, but at least have the decency to inform me. I shouldn’t have to hunt you down to find out if the repair guy is coming. Which now means I will have a much longer delay because he will come out and inherently, a part will have to be ordered. I would strongly consider other companies before dealing with them. Everything is kosher unless you’re late with a payment or need something repaired. I guess having to pull my car out of the garage in the freezing cold temperature, go back in manually close the garage and exit the front door isn’t a priority, especially when I pay the lease every month on time!
