If I could give 10 stars I would. Quiana is a very knowledgeable and wonderful agent. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about her clients. We listed our home and shortly after, the interest rates went up. Quiana put on her cape and we made it to the finish line. We could not sell this home without Quiana Watson. I hugely recommend Ms. Quiana Watson!

While preparing to relocate from one part of Georgia to another, I was browsing through brokerages in the Atlanta area. That’s when I came across Quiana Watson’s website and saw a property that caught my attention in the ultra-luxury range. The listing stood out. Although I didn’t have the strongest feeling about moving forward with her brand, I figured I would give it a fair chance based on the home itself. I’m someone who values clarity and doesn’t like wasting time especially when dealing with high-tier purchases. Before considering a tour, I sent an email expressing interest and asked a direct question: could they confirm whether Quiana had ever closed deals in this price bracket? I had already done my own research and couldn’t find any past sales even close to that level, most were well under $2 million. Her executive assistant, Tamiyah, responded quickly, which I appreciated. But instead of answering the question, I received a vague statement about Quiana working with developers and luxury clients across various price points. It didn’t address her actual sales history. I followed up again and never received a response not the same day, not the next, and not since. When someone advertises ultra-luxury listings, I expect professionalism, transparency, and proven experience. Silence in response to a simple and fair question says a lot. I won’t be moving forward with this brokerage. I’m already familiar with professionals who consistently operate in the ultra-luxury space, and I know what the standard looks like at that level. Internet presence is not the same as true market expertise. And when someone promotes themselves in a tier they haven’t earned, it’s a red flag. The lack of follow-up spoke volumes. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but at this level, communication matters. Some buyers like myself prefer receipts. Others may be more flexible. But silence from a brand that claims to represent ultra-luxury said everything I needed to know. There’s a difference between presentation and performance. I prefer to work with professionals who are proven not just promoted. *July 16th* In response to Quiana I usually don’t reply to responses especially when they come off defensive or ego-driven but I felt it was necessary to calmly address a few points. You ignored other low reviews but felt the need to defend this one. That’s revealing. Had you been able to provide proof of sales, I would’ve gladly considered moving forward. But asking for my phone num. while refusing to provide basic verification is a sign. I’m not a client who wastes time, and I also respect others’ time that is why I asked, “Let me know if you need anything from me.” You couldn’t answer a simple question, and since public sales data is online and went unchallenged by you, I have no reason to believe it’s inaccurate. At no point am I required to give you my number just to ask for sales proof, especially in luxury real estate. Every legitimate agent I’ve dealt with before has provided receipts no personal info needed. You didn’t expect someone to know that Your ultra-luxury experience proof, went unanswered both times. But once it became public, suddenly there’s a response not to clarify experience, but to question my intentions. You mentioned leading over 50 agents like that validates my question. But top-tier brokerages in this space often have fewer agents yet consistently close multi-million dollar deals. So if you bring up numbers, let’s talk production because based on what’s visible, your brand’s output doesn’t reflect the level you’re marketing toward. I didn’t expect a reply to my review, especially since you never responded directly to my email. You could’ve explained why my number was needed or simply addressed my question about proof but instead, the question was avoided until I documented my exp. Image and delivery should match. When someone advertises luxury but avoids a professional question, it says a lot about what’s being projected versus what’s actually practiced. Thank you again. I leave my review as is.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I just closed on my house TODAY and it is all because of Mrs. Quiana Watson! Mrs. Watson and her team were attentive, professional and most importantly knowledgeable when came to the purchase of my new construction.
