Brandon was amazing. We gave him our list of requirements for a new house. He set expectations that our best chance would be off market and would take around a year – and he was right! He found a house for us off market that met all of our requirements in a competitive neighborhood! Selling our house, he guided us through list price and how to show the house. If you’re wondering why your house is not selling….call Brandon. If you’ve had offers that didn’t materialize….call Brandon. If you need advice on how to improve your home BEFORE you put it on the market….call Brandon. And to sum up everything I’ve just said….CALL BRANDON!! He should be your first call because he can save you a lot of heartache and headache because of the way he does business. My house had been on the market for four months with very little activity or interest. I switched to Brandon as my listing agent and two weeks after the house went BACK ON THE MARKET, I had an offer. The transaction was closed in less than 30 days.
