We used Prevu to purchase an apartment in Manhattan this spring and we could not be more pleased with our choice. Our agent Sara helped us with all aspects of our transaction: from submitting our bid to preparing our package for the building’s board, she went above and beyond to minimize hassles during the technical and extensive approval process. She was happy to answer our (many) questions along the way, and once we received board approval, she championed the deal to the finish line, often flagging details before anyone on our legal team did. It was by far our smoothest real estate transaction to date. I thoroughly recommend Prevu and Sara to anyone considering a property purchase in NYC!

I just closed on my first home and had a positive experience with Prevu working with Sara Gladstone! She was proactive about sending listings and organizing visits to open houses, and as we went into due diligence and then contract she had a ton of referrals for attorneys, inspectors, etc. I was connected with my attorney through her who was the absolute best. The rebate came quickly after closing — in less than two weeks — which felt so good after the huge financial lift of closing! Thank you Sara!!

Holy cow. This was EXACTLY what we wanted. My husband and I are very self-sufficient people – we knew what we wanted, what would work, etc. We wanted to work with someone who would not breathe down our necks, who respected that we were the experts on our own needs, but who also would help us where our knowledge failed (ie finalizing offers, negotiations, etc). We had Kash and he was amazing. He knew we were waiting on certain financial things, he knew we needed to find a place that fit. He never hounded us, he was respectful of our space, but he also kept the process moving. Prevu was perfect.
