I recently went through the home buying process with Dakota at Premier Atlanta Real Estate. I was really impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism displayed through the entire experience. From seeing numerous houses, making an offer, all the way to getting to the closing table, it was seamless. Buying a home can be stressful but Dakota was very patient and was always available to answer my questions. Can’t recommend Dakota and Premier enough for buying or selling your home!

Ryan is an excellent real estate agent, and a really nice guy. Hard worker and listens to what his clients want and why. We had a bad experience with a Keller Williams agent to start our home purchase search last year and wound up looking for another agent because we were simply getting the “do-it-yourself” fmls link approach. We basically had a listing agent that didn’t want to do the work of a buyers agent, but didn’t tell us that. When we put our home on the market, we got connected with Ryan. After seeing how he worked, we decided to switch from our Keller Williams agent to Ryan for our new home as well. The experience was night and day difference. He’s available, proactive, and a great salesperson & communicator to get deals done and keep everyone happy. We had a particularly challenging seller on our new home purchase, and had Ryan not handled it perfectly as he did, we may not be living in our current home where we are now raising our first child. We bought our first home with Claire as our agent. I cannot imagine a smoother process. She was very responsive and available when we wanted to look at houses and once we decided to make an offer. She explained to us the best strategies for having an offer accepted, and by following her recommendations, ours was! Once our offer was accepted, Claire was in contact with us constantly to make sure all of the pieces were in place and that we were getting the best case scenario. Even after closing, Claire has been available to us and any questions we as first time homeowners have had. Definitely recommending Premier Atlanta Real Estate, particularly Claire, to anyone we know in the market to buy or sell.
