This place is horrible and scary. They have a infestation of rats outside everywhere. The landscaping is extremely overgrown it hasn’t been cut in months which makes the rats even worse. The crowds of ppl hanging outside ,trash cans always overflowing with trash , the breezeways and stairs are filthy need a serious pressure washing. Management has failed the up keep of this property.

Stay far away from this place. Aside from the terrible management and mold infested apartments, it’s unsafe. Gunfire is a regular occurrence and just this week there have been 3 separate occurrences of individuals playing with loaded guns in the parking lot and shooting them. The place is known by local police as a hot spot for trouble.

I don’t even live here, but I did a grocery delivery to one of the apartments and got followed by some weirdos, and then I had to run and hide in a bush because some kid started open firing his automatic in the parking lot. Don’t come here unless you wanna end up on the news
