Worked with Chikita and it was amazing. We ended up not closing on the house but she has continued to offer her services and kept in contact. I’m grateful. Decided to rent instead for now, which she helped with in the past for me. And now, whenever I come across anything dealing with realty, she’s one of the main folks that comes to my mind. Highly recommend, especially if you’re like me and needed a detailed breakdown of buying a house.

I am so grateful and appreciative to Chikita & Nex Gen Realty for working with me. Long story short: Nex Gen Realty were one of many Realtors I contacted while still living in a previous state and the only person/company who took me serious about actually moving to GA. Worked with me while I was still living in the previous state and when I moved to Georgia. I understand why the other Realtors did not keep their word and follow through. Honestly, how did they really know IF I was actually moving to Georgia? But Chikita took a chance and I am so grateful for that. If anyone even vaguely mentions anything about a house, renting, purchasing or just moving, I refer them right to Chikita/ Nex Gen Realty.
