I want to thank Danay(management) for patiently waiting on me with the best attitude and caring motives to fix my rent cafe. She really works hard to fix whatever need to be fixed. That’s what we need here is someone to come and turn bad situations into good ones. She did just that! Thank you Dana and glad to have you here with us ! I have been here over a year and looking forward to more greatness!

So I thought the new management was gonna be a good 1 I asked her 3 questions is the gate broke and when would be it fixed because I saw suspicious people that I’ve never saw before around our cars she told me to report it to the police boom okay I thought I was supposed to report to management but oooookay cool… the second question was if I’m moving in to another apartment can we avoid late fee because I have to pay for movers and Etc she said no everything will be charged on the 7th and I said I thought it would be charged on the 6th and she got smart mouthed she said it seems like you have all the answers like what am I calling for then? and I asked her was she having a good day she said I’m having a great day it was a nice nasty attitude that she had it wasn’t welcoming at all this will be my last year in this apartment complex I highly will not recommend her or the roaches that comes with the apartments

They delete the real updated reviews! Don’t be fooled! This staff is very unprofessional. They will raise rent and add fees without you knowing. They can’t even answer your questions without getting an attitude. They are very rude from management to leasing assistant. Trash and cats every where. Parking is hell and when you report any issues the staff gets rude with you, and its like a target on your back from then after. The pool never opens its been 3 years. Ride through at night and on weekends to see the real deal. Don’t forget that you are paying for amenities that you can’t use. And god forbid you have a question! Staff needs to be replaced all of them! Especially that sassy manager he is the worst, and the unknowledgeable assistant manager too. The leasing agent will answer the phone and put you on hold, I waled into the office she was scrolling on her phone and I was still on hold. She waits until you hang up smh!
