We bought a house located in Decatur, 30034 and I had already signed closing on the morning of 09/02/2025, yet she (Rasheeda Shears) kept me waiting from 11 AM until 5 PM before finally handing over the keys to my new home. Now, more than a week later, and after numerous attempts to contact her, the property is still listed as “pending.” This has caused unnecessary delays and made it extremely difficult for me to update the listing and rent out the house. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend working with this agent as my experience was very frustrating and she was unprofessional.

I’m so pleased with my real estate agent Nakia Thompson in helping me find a salon suite to lease. As a Cosmetologist always on the go, it’s difficult finding a space for my business and she definitely helped me with that. She listened to what I was looking for, moved swiftly, and gave me great options to choose from. Thanks again! She’s her! 🫰🏾
