Working with Kristen Pollock to both buy a new home and sell our old home in intown Atlanta was a wonderful experience! Kristen was very knowledgeable, organized and professional throughout the entire process. She helped us navigate what is an inherently stressful experience by providing us with resources and suggestions to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. Kristen was extremely responsive and proactive. When buying our new home she helped us successfully reach a binding agreement right after the house hit the market. On the other end, when selling our old home, she made a number of great recommendations to spiff up our house that were easy to implement and helped us get the best price for our home. If you are looking for an agent who will go above and beyond for you, we would highly recommend working with Kristen Pollock whether you are buying or selling a home.

We had the pleasure of meeting Kristen four years ago through the power of a Facebook post. New-ish to Atlanta and looking for a rental, Kristen responded that she was there to help, and she stepped up to the task, showing us lots of homes to rent. When we decided it was time to buy a home, we knew there was no one else we could trust to help us find our dream home. Kristen once again stepped up and provided top tier service – showing us numerous homes, working with our busy work schedules, flexing to show additional homes on a given day, and patience where we decided the home we wanted was more of a “like it” not “love it” feeling. She worked through our fears as first home buyers, even responding to an SOS text to discuss building versus it buying after we had just put it an offer. Sure buying a home is a “business transaction,” but Kristen made it more like a friend/family affair with her attitude and personality. If you need a realtor, a million times over you should choose Kristen!
