Kelly helped us move from the Seattle area to the perfect North Atlanta suburb. As we got to know her and expressed our needs, she helped us find the general region to look at (NE Atlanta in our case), and then we drove around on our first trip down. From there we were able to narrow down further after talking to her more and doing some research online. Once she knew what we wanted she often knew ahead of time which homes we should see vs skip. Home buying has changed a lot in the last few years and homes can now be virtually toured and we toured maybe 10 homes (from Seattle) before selecting ours. Kelly was able to pan around and talk us through the walk-through and was great about pointing out positives and negatives along the way. We flew in to town for the final look and made the offer! Kelly has a good set of contacts and was able to refer us to an interior designer and contractor to do some upgrades on our home before we move in. We can’t wait to arrive in Atlanta, thanks Kelly+CO!
