We worked with Paula in 2022 and again in 2025, and she’s also helped several of our friends on our recommendation. We would highly recommend her to both new and experienced buyers- Paula is knowledgeable, patient, a strong negotiator, and, most importantly, accessible (because sometimes you have to problem solve at 10 p.m. on Saturday night!). Home buying and selling can be stressful, with ups and downs, tight deadlines, and unexpected surprises, but Paula always keeps her cool and is ready to tackle any challenge. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Paula guided my husband and me through the purchase of our first home in Atlanta, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We first met her at an open house, where she immediately stood out as the only agent who truly engaged with us and took the time to answer our questions. Even though we had both lived in Atlanta for many years, we weren’t entirely sure which neighborhood would be the right fit, and Paula was endlessly patient—taking us all over the city to explore different listings. Her deep knowledge of the market and clear explanations made the offer process feel approachable, even when we had to navigate it multiple times. Throughout it all, she was diligent, responsive, and professional in every interaction with sellers’ agents. We are so grateful for her guidance and wholeheartedly recommend working with Paula!

We worked with Paula to buy our first house. She was an incredible resource and we really appreciated that she clearly had our best interests in mind. It felt like we were working with a teammate and I would work with Paula 10 out of 10 times if I had to do it again.
