My fiance and myself both had attempted to contacted the listing agent Amanda Fard on several occasions over a 4 day period. We both had called and left a message, text messages and emails from both of our personal phone numbers and different emails. I finally expressed my concerns after not hearing anything from Amanda. She then sends me a text saying that she has been busy and that she didn’t see my messages and that I must had fallen between the cracks were her exact words. So I then asked well did my finances messages and many attempts also slide between the cracks? Here is my concern. If your selling your home with this agent Amanda Fard and you have a buyer that has a pre approval for much more than the property list price that I’m inquiring about and then she doesn’t fulfill her due diligence of a realtor by submitting all offers to the seller then she has displayed injustice to seller, buyer, Keller-Williams and her very own commission. I’ve purchased over 17 homes up to this point and I must admit this is the absolute worst realtor I’ve ever had to deal with. As for Sherwin Williams. I’ve delt with another office before and had nothing but positive feedback experiences to share. So I’m basing my very own experience with a very unprofessional agent Amanda Tard. Letting two different people slide through the cracks is a bit sloppy and personally when you’re talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars and then adding her comment slidding through the cracks is unacceptable. My advice. Ask for anyone other than Amanda Fard. Make wise choices.
