Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a house with this company. Please don’t use Albert Araujo one of their realtors for any circumstance all he cared about is getting his commission. He works together with a Rocket mortgage lender representative Rose Guevara all they do is pressure you to get their money they don’t care about all the problems that you will run into solving the problems with the house. I ended up with a house with a bad roof, bad pool equipment, leaky pool, none of the doors even close properly and all kinds of problems . All this because the inspector (Sergio Fernandez) that they recommend is as crooked as they are. Please I strongly recommend to stay away from these people.

Highly recommend working with the Robert E. Howell Group at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Their marketing and negotiating skills are the best I’ve ever witnessed. I have friends who have listed for a year with another realtor and let their listing expire. I referred them the Robert E. Howell Group and they were in escrow within 2-3 weeks. I can tell Robert sincerely cares and they put their clients first.

These people are evil and they do not know that NO means NO! They harassed the entire family trying to purchase our properties by USC. They come to the house they call all of us even after we told them to leave us alone we’re not selling! They call our homes our cell phone’s relentlessly with zero care… Keller Williams Beverly Hills is not professional courteous or nothing they don’t care 🤷 just sell us your properties or Keller Williams will harass us for ever smh how do I get them to stop!
