I worked with Jackie Walker. She was punctual and organized for all appointments. She was thorough and provided lots of tools and assessments to help me clarify my objective and desires, and she managed my expectations about the process very well. She’s a straight shooter; her responses to my questions were always objective, based purely on market analysis and industry experience. She examined my personal situation to determine the best long term course of action for me. I highly recommend her because she’s more than an agent, she’s a strategist.

I had the absolute blessing of working with Sherman Giles, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Although our time working together was short, it’s only because he helped me find the right home so quickly! Sherman is incredibly responsive, professional, and dedicated to his clients. He always came prepared with a list of things to review before each showing and took the time to answer every one of my questions. What I appreciated most is that he truly listened. He never pressured me into the first homes we viewed and instead focused on identifying properties that were the right fit for me and my family based on our conversations. He made the process so easy and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a home, I wholeheartedly recommend Sherman—he is absolutely the realtor you want by your side!

Working with Jaqueline Walker to purchase my new build was an absolute dream! From start to finish, she was everything I could’ve hoped for in a realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She went above and beyond in so many ways, always making sure I was informed, comfortable, and getting exactly what I wanted. Her communication was always clear and timely, and her deep understanding of the home-buying process (especially with a new build) made such a difference. Jaqueline is also an amazing negotiator. She truly advocated for me and made sure nothing was overlooked. While the process took time, as expected with a new construction, having her in my corner made it so much smoother and less stressful. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She’s the kind of realtor who genuinely cares, and it shows.
