My experience with Kay Piper has been nothing but professional in every way. I was a client on several pieces of real estate that she listed over a period of several years. I am most grateful for the way she handled each and every listing. I have the highest regards for her professionalism, knowledge and integrity.

I have had great success with Kay as a broker. She has sold 3 rental properties for me in a short time. She kept me informed of progress and details of prospects viewing the properties. You can expect professionalism in every aspect of her listing with you as a client.

Kay Piper made the real estate process very difficult. She almost caused the buyers and the sellers to walk away due to her unprofessional behavior. I am also concerned that she may be suffering from the early stages of dementia or either she just doesn’t care. I also thought it was strange and inappropriate for her to discuss the ethnicity/race of the people in the area. Definitely a violation. UPDATE: I noticed that Kay has left a response to my review. This is a factual review. I do not live in the town that Kay is running for mayor in and I have no reason to share a fake review. My hope is to help others avoid going through this experience. I do think that Kay should not be a real estate agent based on her behavior / health. If her behavior / health is any indication of what type of mayor she would be, I would hope that she would reconsider running.
