As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no experience nor knowledge of the process. Thankfully Jay was amazing from beginning to end! She was so patient and informative when I had questions and concerns. Not to mention she was available whenever I needed to reach out. (From someone who works night shift and odd hours, I was very appreciative of this!) She did everything she could to get me the best offer and made sure every decision I made was based on accurate information straight from the seller’s agent. She advised me based on her expansive knowledge of the field as well as her own experiences with her previous clients. I also appreciate that she let me make my own decisions and think about the pros/cons on my own terms, without trying to shove her own ideals onto me.
