I had a wonderful experience purchasing a house with this team. It is understandable why they are rated so highly. My agent was Nicole and she was amazing. From the moment she contacted me all the way until closing and after she made sure everything went smoothly. Nicole had the best recommendations for every step of the process and was very attentive to all my purchasing needs. She responded to any questions I had at all hours of the day. Her work ethic went above and beyond. She even helped during the frustrating times and was there for morale support when I needed it. I honestly could not recommend anyone more than Nicole. She is the best. Thank you again Nicole, my daughters and I could not be more happy with our purchase.

What a great team here! My agent, Margaret McAlpine, was amazing from beginning to end. Not only did she come ready with details at each property I viewed, but she helped navigate a particularly dicey situation when my first purchase fell through due to some pretty remarkable incompetency on the seller’s side. Not only did she offer solutions, but she was much more professional than I would have ever been able to be! In the end, we found the right place for me in Atlanta and everything closed so easily. I felt confident she always had my back throughout the entire process and would encourage anyone looking for a home to work with her!
