Ben Hirsh is the top Professional Real Estate Agent in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs area for a reason. Here’s our experience having Ben as our listing agent to sell our house…1. The initial meeting with my wife and I was very important. He asked all the right questions to ensure he understood our needs…2. A week later he presented his pricing proposal in a very thorough way with all the rationale imaginable which proved to us he knows the market and analyzed it thoroughly in coming up with the listing price…3. He then has a massive Marketing machine he puts in motion to give your home visibility. 4. His support staff is as knowledgeable and efficient as they come. Rob Knight his photographer did a stupendous job on the outside and inside of our property and MIchelle, his Operations Director KNOWS EVERY SINGLE ANSWER to every question we had throughout the process, and we asked a lot of questions! She too is incredibly responsive. Both individuals are huge enablers to his business. 5. His showings are well organized, thorough and he follows-up with you after each one. Outstanding! A couple of things stand out about Ben Hirsh Real Estate in a very saturated Buckhead market. Ben knows the market inside out, very analytical, spot- on with understanding the market trends and using that knowledge to quickly and efficiently sell our home. Savvy and astute marketing approach- from Ben’s website, newspaper, fantastic photographer, Rob, 3D virtual tour and Ben’s individualized strategy for each home/ seller -Ben was outstanding at marketing our home. Ben is a sophisticated negotiator and was firm with pricing, and his views on our home. Also very strong with strategy and provided sound advice regarding some minor issues that came up. Ben provided honest and immediate feedback after showings. Ben and his team were responsive, accessible and very easy to work with. Ben’s name has a very strong brand identity and recognition- everyone knows Ben’s company in Atlanta and specifically in Buckhead. Ben also has great relationships with other brokers and has established trust. Ben’s approach is to keep the seller and buyer informed. The whole process was transparent. The buyers came over immediately after the inspection- to review everything and also right before the closing. This approach helped to establish trust and there were no surprises for anyone involved.
