If I could give the Hersh Shah Group a 10 star review, I would! Hersh was recommended to us by our lending team as a fellow military veteran who exemplifies excellence, efficiency, and timely communication. We have had a very smooth 8 week first home purchase experience with Hersh and his team. We started off with a highly effective strategy call in which he detailed the steps of the home buying process and honed in on our priorities in a property choice. Our viewings were seamlessly arranged, and the Hersh team recommended and coordinated excellent vendors for our home inspection and follow up repair quotes. In full honesty, our home buying experience was stress free and without chaos. We felt well informed and prepared for every step, and are so grateful for the professionalism we experienced with the Hersh team!

Working with Hersh and the team was great! They made an incredibly stressful situation (moving out of state at eight months pregnant) easy. He was extremely professional and trustworthy. He gave us realistic expectations and a strong strategy that ultimately sold our house in less than a month. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hersh and his team!

We just bought our first home and didn’t know as much about the process; Hersh had immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Hersh is extremely down to earth and made the entire process a million times easier. We don’t believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and will recommend him until the man retires. He is very skilled and absolutely will not let you go through with something without full disclosure (lol get it?). His communication was always consistent and he was super easy to contact, and many times he would contact others (lenders, inspectors, et cetera) which helped a ton for us with our busy family. Hersh stayed in touch from day One to day Close and made sure everything was completely perfect. Absolutely 10/10. Thank you Hersh!!!
