It’s hard to overstate how valuable and helpful Alan has been as our real estate agent on both the buying and selling side of the market. He has an incredible eye for detail, on multiple occasions he was able to catch issues with homes that even the inspector didn’t catch. His background as a mortgage lender gave him deep knowledge of the financing side, which proved invaluable when we had to navigate a very complex situation due to our lender not holding up their end of the deal. In many ways, Alan was our agent, inspector, lender, and general contractor all rolled into one. On a personal level, Alan is a man of unwavering integrity. Anyone who spends even a short time with him quickly realizes that he consistently prioritizes people and relationships over profit. I’ve never seen him compromise on doing what’s right for his clients and I’ve personally witnessed him offer to take less money just to help make a deal happen for his clients. Alan was always incredibly responsive and easy to reach, communicating clearly and consistently throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

Alan is by far the best real estate agent I had, and I can’t be happier with my experience. There aren’t enough words to thank Alan Weng for all the hard work he put into finding the perfect home for our family. Alan went above and beyond the call of duty by doing thorough research for each of the properties we showed interest in. We had a long commute to our preferred location, so many times Alan went ahead of us and took detailed videos of each property, gave us honest feedback and helped us decide whether or not a house was worth the drive. Alan also ALWAYS treated us with kindness, respect and professionalism, yet was warm, funny and very real. In fact, Alan is still very much part of our lives, and whenever we have a question related to real estate or sometimes even about other things he is knowledgeable about, we don’t hesitate to reach out to him. He truly became like a rich uncle, which richness comes in the form of helpful, trustworthy knowledge.
