It was such a pleasure to work with Victoria as she helped us navigate selling AND buying our home at the same time! My partner and I were new to the home buying process and she was so knowledgeable, kind and patient with us as we searched for our forever home. My partner and I felt like the blind leading the blind but Victoria made the process so seamless and helped us digest so much information that was so new to us. She was extremely responsive and proactive, sending us listings she thought we might like and always making herself available to schedule showings of homes. I had the pleasure of knowing Glennda and Victoria growing up as they have helped my family buy and sell several homes as well. As long time family friends, it felt so special and full circle to work with them both and have Victoria represent us at the closing. We are SO happy in our new home and can’t thank you enough!!!

Glennda recently worked with us to sell our old home and purchase our new home. This was my first home buying experience (my partner owned our previous home), and Glennda was with us the entire way, holding our hand throughout the process. Upon initially contacting her, she helped us understand what to ask for the house we sold and how to stage it. She got the house listed for us and helped us navigate the touring and negotiation processes, making the whole experience smooth. Meanwhile, she, Victoria and the rest of her team helped us find and tour numerous homes and when we found our new home she connected us with a lender that we ultimately went with and again helped us through that process. Glennda went out of her way to meet us in person for many tours and meetings and was extremely responsive through text and call at any time we needed her. Very thankful for her help and I highly recommend her services!! She has a wealth of knowledge and is really enjoyable to work with.

I had the best experience with Evelyn Olson and Glennda Baker when buying my first home. I thought at first that it would be a very daunting task, especially in this market, but Glennda and Evelyn made the home search and buying process SEAMLESS. We saw everything, from condos in Buckhead, to single family in Dallas (I was all over the place), and they were down for it all. Huge shout out to Evelyn for always being available and SO professional and knowledgeable. She had an answer for every question I asked, without skipping a beat! So now I have my own little slice of heaven in Marietta. This team is the real deal. The Diamond Squad lives up to the name.
