Working with David was one of the best decisions we made when selling our home! He was incredibly responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and always kind. The process of selling a home can be stressful, but David made it seamless and stress-free. Not only did he help us sell our home, but he also guided us in finding our forever home right away. David sets the standard for agency in real estate. He took on my sales project energetically, laying out timeframes and what I should expect at each step. He communicated frequently and clearly, and when a prospective buyer appeared, he immediately gathered the information and documentation essential to a successful closing, well in advance. His attention to detail and procedure was acute. All of this led to a swift closing and very happy sellers and buyers. Six stars!

This is not our first time working with David and it surely won’t be our last! David has helped my wife and I as well as other good friends of ours purchase our first homes and now he is helping us find investment properties to plan for the future! David is so proactive through every aspect of the process, always offering sound advice and full of patience as we work through things. We enjoy working with David and always learn something new from him when we do. His knowledge of the areas is amazing as always and helps us narrow down locations based on our loose criteria. I will continue to recommend David to friends and family alike when looking in the area! As a first time home buyer, the process was definitely stressful but made entirely manageable and even fun with David’s guidance and expertise. My fiancé and I are relatively new to Atlanta so his expertise off the cuff about every neighborhood we were interested in was fantastic as there is only so much you can go off of online. We are in the first week living in our new home and I can tell you it’s exactly what we needed and we are grateful to David for helping us find it at the price we needed it. He was always available and consistently went above and beyond for us. Anyone looking for a realtor here in the Atlanta area Can rest assured they are in great hands with him!
