Cranford Homes and Realty

The reason why I’m writing a review because me & my mother had a terrible experience with Frank Cranford. We went in his office on Monday to ask if he had any houses for rent in the Hapeville Area. He proceeded to tell us he did and gave us the address. So we went and saw how beautiful the home was and wanted to take further actions in viewing the home. We then called him to ask if we could view the house on the inside that same day and he said no he was tied up for that day, in which he was doing absolutely nothing because we had just left his office!!! Then he asked if we made 4000 a month because he didn’t want to let us see it if we didn’t, and he was very rude about it. So fast forwarding we set up an appointment for today at 5 o’clock, in which me and my mother was on time. We waited for a good 10 minutes for him to come. Eventually he came but when he seen we was there, who ever was the driver hurry up and turned in the drive way to turn around and go back the other way. So me and my mom was very upset that he didn’t have the decency to let us view the house and not even say a word to us. So, after that we left and passed by his office and saw that it was the same truck who turned in the drive way and left immediately. So no he didn’t want to let us view the house and if that was the case he should have said that over the phone or when we was in his office instead of wasting our time. He is very unprofessional and racist, honestly I wouldn’t even want to work with anyone who has something against other nationalities. I knew he was going to be trouble when we went into his office because he was trying to hurry up and get us out. This showed a lot about Frank Cranford’s character and it is utterly disgusting. This type of behavior should not be allowed. He most definitely doesn’t have the demeanor to be a realtor and he need to loose his realtor license ASAP!!!
