Cory does an excellent job of getting top dollar for his properties. He is able to take homes that have not been kept up well and with some inexpensive work like fresh paint, power wash driveway and planting fresh flowers make a house look like it has been really well maintained. He does a good job for his sellers but buyers should be aware of his short-term cosmetic improvement tactics.

I had a great experience with Randy Tribble and his buyers. His buyers were well prepared, very qualified, and made a strong clean offer that helped them win a multiple offer situation. I would definitely want to work with Randy and his team again in the future and I would suggest anyone to not hesitate to use him as a buyers agent in the future. Thanks Randy!

Cory is amazing!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make everything go smoothly. My transaction with him was five years ago and he checks in regularly to see how my family and I are doing. Cory has the biggest heart and works so hard to take care of his clients.
