Jamie outdid himself on every element of our super complex relocation from Canada to Atlanta. From the first cold outreach where he had no idea if we were serious, to our final trip to confirm our binding offer where we checked out yet another set of magnificent properties, he took our questions, requests, interests, concerns seriously. He was patient given we were starting from scratch, knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were exploring, sharp and practical for our filtering and negotiation, and over the top helpful at every stage. We are thrilled to have been connected with him and glad to have made him our first and best friend in Atlanta. 10/10 would recommend again.

Virginia Kavanaugh is an amazing agent! She helped my parents buy the perfect home for their needs and made the deal happen quickly and efficiently. She worked extremely hard to find solutions to every issue that came up during the process and handled it all with grace, good humor and kindness. Virginia was also able to find and coordinate all of the outside professional help we needed to close the deal and took care of all of the details seamlessly. It was an all around excellent experience.

Virginia was wonderful to work with. We were looking in a very competitive market and she never gave up on helping me find my perfect home! She knew when to move quickly and when to slow down to ensure my home did not slip through my fingers. Would totally work with her again and would without a doubt recommend her.
