We have used a flat rate broker twice. It was important to us to have good customer service and all the same details as an agent. With some research of your own market on how houses are selling (easy enough for most people) and Clickets real estate broker services you can sell ( we sold our house) with Clicket. They have all the same MLS power very important and forms that you need, they are responsive and very responsible about the laws that you need to follow for a proper sale. Well done company!

Listed my home with Clickit Realty and just sold it. This is a fantastic service and it was super easy. They have all the forms online so you log in, enter your information, click on various fields, all online including uploading photos. Making updates and changes are just as easy. Anytime I had a question, I filled out the form online and got an answer right away. They are very responsive and helpful. Jeff is amazing and a wealth of knowledge. Susan was wonderful and setup showing time so showing requests were super easy to manage. Overall I would use them again and again!
