Cheryl Taylor was a blessing in disguise. I began my homeowner’s journey October 2020 remotely from NYC. I followed Cheryl for a few months prior to engaging her and was drawn to her professionalism and real estate advice on social media. We had a detailed introduction call wherein I expressed my interests and priorities in a home. Cheryl made sure to check every box and address all my first-time buyer questions. She was professional, thorough, and came prepared to show me homes that solely fit the bill. We decided to go the new construction route – which is both scary & fun. Cheryl is an excellent realtor. She had a plan from our very first call, the seller’s consultation, and everything she said then came to pass. She was available, responsive and fully engaged during the entire process. I listened to her advice and received multiple over asking price offers within 48 hours of listing just as she said I would. I enjoyed working with her and am very happy that I listened to her. she got me more money on my sell than I ever imagined. If you’re looking for a realtor, I highly recommend her.
