Kesha Williams is my agent When I tell you her detail in the contract is the real deal. They tried to go up in my rent by 10% if I didn’t renew within a year and I did renew before the year ended they still was trying to get that 10% from me when the most they could get was 5% and baby. She highlighted that clause in the contract and made them get it right. I’m looking for a house and when I say she will be the one that finds me my home. She’s 5 star and 5 diamonds if that’s even possible in real estate.
