This was my 3rd purchase with Kelly Did It Again and it went very well, just like the other two. Kelly has the experience and knowledge to be the perfect guide through the home-buying process. She can advise on every step of the way, and is very responsive to txts and phone calls (as is her entire team.) She has contacts in every phase of the home purchase industry.. inspectors, surveyors, cleaners, closing attorneys, insurance providers, etc. And her list of these folks is well-curated so that only the good and affordable ones are still on it. We had many questions and Kelly and her team responded quickly and made sure we understood the answers. Kelly and her team will make sure you know what to expect, when to expect it, and what you need to do to deal with it. We got the home we wanted at the price we wanted in the time-frame we wanted with no surprises. I am happy to say Kelly Did It Again !

I researched realtors on Zillow before I asked to meet with Kelly. She had great reviews and also had quick sales, often above asking price. She also focuses on the area in which my house is located. I hired her after meeting with her and found her to be very professional and thorough. She made reasonable suggestions for how to improve the house and yard before listing, and she also made a great suggestion for listing price and we were offered that price just two days after listing. If you want to sell your house expeditiously at a good price, hire Kelly!
