We would still be renting an apartment, paying mortgage-level rent, if it wasn’t for Brett and his services/connections! In the end, Brett closed my house, my in-laws’s house. Brett’s an awesome guy who made it his mission to find us a house. Brett never misses a phone call, was always prompt and professional with communicating, following up, and relaying info between differing parties. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was never annoyed at our indecisiveness. Patience is definitely his strong arm. Just an honest person who’s really easy to talk to and is nowhere near being a pushy salesman only interested in making the sale. Services: 5 ⭐️ Brett is very resourceful, and gets the ball moving. He was able to get us a pre-approval in hand in a timely manner which allowed us to put offers on houses in this wild market. Excellent follow up skills, was there every step of the way, even for private and builder inspections, and all meetings with the builder from design center to walk through. He Arranged for private inspector. Highly proactive every step of the way, and Prompt follow ups to all our questions whether pertaining to our house search, or, the questions between the builder and us after going under contract. Very punctual, and understands what one looks for in a house, and was able to find many options for us. No one could have helped us navigate the Covid real estate market better than him. Our search quickly ended in a brand new house that exceeded our expectations considering this volatile market.
