My team and I changed over to Bolst almost 3 years ago and it’s been fantastic. The marketing that’s available to agents is spot on and super adaptable to each agent’s needs. The classes are completely designed and taught by folks that have SOLD and many that CURRENTLY sell homes in the our market. I’m not talking about CE here, I mean classes that teach proven methods on selling homes and running your business. These guys have tons of support for new and seasoned agents. They focus on helping us help our clients. Happy we made the move. They entire crew at Bolst believes in community and it shows with everything they do.

After my dad’s stroke, my sister and I moved my parents into my home. It was a lot of work! Than came the easy part. It was time to clean out and sell their house. Raegan Thorp first deteremined a price point for the house. She orchistrated the cleanup, photography, and marketing of the house. Her team moved so fast! The offers came pouring in. My parents LOVED that house. They were there for 24 years. It was an emotional time but with Raegan and her team by our side we were able to get it sold in no time for an excellent price. I found her whole team to be very professional while also being personable. I can not thank them enough for everything they did. We will be working with Raegan again in the futures.

I can’t say enough great things about this group!! Balinda was my agent, we went to closing yesterday and it went off without a hitch! The closing attorney and the buyers agent commented on what a thorough and professional job she did and what a pleasure it was to work with her. I can say the same! Balinda is a new agent that walked us thru the process like a pro! Her team at Bolst backed her and was there every step of the way. I was a nervous seller and she was always there with answers and encouragement, empathy and compassion. I can’t thank them enough!
