Brandon and Mallory at Bogard New York helped us sell our property in SoHo New York. Really the best luxury real estate team in NYC! We’ve previously worked with a different team at Corcoran, so we were able to compare – the level of service and professionalism we received from the Bogard team is far superior than our previous experience. The Bogard team was able to procure several offers on our apartment, and we sold at a price point that we are very satisfied with. The entire process was smooth and communicative with sound professional advice on the part of the team. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top real estate agent to buy or sell SoHo real estate or luxury properties in NYC in general.

Mallory had our apartment sold with an OVER asking offer just 3 days after our first open house. Mallory and her team took such excellent care of us. We sold our apartment during my third trimester of pregnancy and we didn’t have to worry about a thing throughout the entire sale. From first open house to close, she treated us like family and got us the best possible price for our apartment.
