We had to sell the condo in Decatur after my granddaughter graduated. Additionally, we had to rely on my son to find a real estate agent and do much of the ‘getting ready’ to sell. He found Billy Howard through a Google review and we interviewed him along with other agents. Long story short, we were so happy we did! He laid out what our offers in a concise manner in an e-mail so we didn’t have pour over the contract. We had a couple of hiccups along the way and Billy handled them professionally by giving us our options . We would definitely recommend Billy for a real estate agent if you find the need!
