Can’t say enough good things about Berry Realty. My wife and I got to know them when we rented a home that they managed while ours was being built. Whenever we needed something they were quick to respond. They left such an impression that I asked them to manage our rental property….and when it came time to sell the property they handled that as well. If you want to be treated like family, then I highly recommend Ralph and Nicole and the whole Berry team.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole, Ralph and the Berry team during the recent sale of our home. We cannot say enough about our experience with this group!! Nicole and Ralph provided expert guidance and support throughout every step of the selling process, from the initial steps of helping us prepare our home for sale, all the way through closing. They provided contacts for expert contractors as we prepared for listing, helped us with staging to maximize the viewing of our home, and provided ongoing communication and support through the process. They advocated for us with the selling process and we always felt that our interests were their top priority. To say that Nicole went above and beyond to help us sell our home would be an understatement. She always made us feel that our questions and concerns were important, she was very patient with our endless questions, and she provided the professional guidance and personal touch that made us feel so comfortable about selling our home of 22 years. We cannot say enough about Berry Realty and would highly recommend this team!!

Not a professional company to RENT from. Stay Away. Unfriendly staff (particularly Nicole). When trying to receive more information and clarity on the fees and salary requirements she responded with rudeness and inappropriate back talk, not to mention she never full answered my questions, which resulted me wasting $250 in app fees for 2 adults for a house that would not work for us because they wanted $4000 in deposit fees (outrageous).
