Michael was extremely helpful in assisting us in selling our first home and buying our second home. It definitely wasn’t an easy thing to do in this weird market, and you won’t find anyone more patient and diligent than Michael. He was great at level-setting and looking out for us, something you don’t see in a lot of realtors (something we didn’t have when purchasing our first home), and I highly recommend him and this group!

As first time homebuyers, Michael and Kelly were helpful, supportive, and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right first home for us. They were extremely responsive during our search, scheduling showings as soon as possible, answering questions at all hours of the day, and respecting every decision we made along the way. As first time buyers, they gave us the space and time to let us learn about the market and narrow our search. When it came time to make decisions and negotiate, they were there fighting for us and offering advice from their years of experience. Looking back it’s hard to imagine picking a better team for us, and we will absolutely return to them when it’s time for our next move.

Michael was my realtor for my first home buying experience and I was SO BLESSED to have him. He made sure to listen and really get a good understanding of my style and location preferences. He shared and gave his opinions as well, which were most helpful. Michael worked to fit showings in whenever he could and was very prompt. His advice was great and very much appreciated to a newbie like me in the home market. He was very strategic when it came to building the offer, which ultimately helped me land my first little dream home. Honestly, if you are new to the home buying market and are worried about who to trust, Michael is your guy. I felt safe and like he had my best interests at heart. Lastly, he left the sweetest closing gift. I won’t spoil it, but these he is truly thoughtful and values his clients. If you are waffling on who should be your realtor choose Michael you won’t regret it!
