Len is an outstanding realtor. Unlike other realtors I’ve used, he has a very thorough knowledge of the real estate market and every aspect of buying and selling a house. I’ve often found that I can ask Len very detailed questions about the selling and buying process and he can provide very knowledgeable answers. At a closing, he can explain every aspect of the process- makes you feel comfortable that you are on top of things. I’ve recommended him to several people, all of whom were really impressed by his knowledge and business acumen. He always demonstrates a sense of urgency in his communications and really works with you as high level consultant. He’s helped me sell two houses and buy one.
