Deb is absolutely AMAZING! My wife, myself, and our two littles have been in the home buying process for some time! We financially struggled throughout COVID but finally were able to move into our DREAM home thanks to Deb! HIGHLY recommend! Deb is extremely responsive, professional, loyal, timely, warm, and remembers all the little things about what our preferences were. Deb was so considerate and thoughtful in her approach, as well as thorough in explaining the entire process! With all of the technology out there , I often thought to myself “Do I even need a realtor?”. I had never gone through the process before and I thought it would be nice and smooth. However, the process has a lot of moving parts and most of the people along the way have their best interests in mind and not yours. That is why you NEED to have a realtor with your best interest in mind to guide you through the process. I knew that I had that with Deb when I first met her and she did not disappoint! I would have been lost without her and probably would have been out a lot of money. I tend to be very reactive with my decisions and Deb leveled me out with her knowledge and experience. I will (and already have) recommend her to all my friends and family.
